75-HOUR CLASSROOM COURSES

In Massachusetts, you will need to obtain your home inspection license through the Board of Registration of Home Inspectors. The first step to get your license is to complete 75 hours of classroom training. AHIT offers a 9-day course in several locations to meet this requirement. When you register for our training, you will immediately get access to our online training and receive physical books to help prepare you for your live class.
During the class you will also perform five inspections through real local homes. These practice inspections give you the opportunity to fill out your own reports, and gain real-life experience from industry experts. Our instructors have been in the industry for years and have done thousands of inspections, so there’s no better way to learn!
