Qualifications for Becoming a Licensed Home Inspector

Process

a) Aspiring South Carolina home inspectors must fill out an application prepared by the Residential Builders Commission.

b) All prospective home inspectors must pass the state licensing test

c) Be certified as a home inspector by an organization approved by S.C. Residential Builders Commission - AHIT is an approved organization
