a) Pass either the National Home Inspector Examination or the National Association of Home Inspector Examination
b) Complete 64 hours of home inspection education

THE ALTERNATIVE REQUIREMENT LICENSING (KRS 198B.736) WILL EXPIRE ON JANUARY 1, 2007
(NOTE: Application must be submitted by December 29, 2006).
a) Have been engaged in the practice of home inspections for at least one year prior to July 13, 2004 AND Have completed and document at least twenty-five (25) home inspections completed for compensation in the previous twelve (12) months.
OR
b) Have completed and document at least one hundred (100) home inspections for compensation during your career.
