Canada Regulations

Currently the Province of British Columbia requires licensing of home inspectors. To become licensed in B.C. one must contact the Business Practices and Consumer Protection Agency to obtain an application. To become licensed; you must belong to one of the three categories:

Member of Applied Science Technologists and Technicians of British Columbia

Member of CAHPI-BC

Become an associate member of CanNachi (Our program satisfies these requirements)

In addition to one of the above:

Provide Proof of Insurance

Criminal Record Check

Provide Resume/Reference Letters

Pay Fee
