Kentucky Continuing Education Requirements

Home inspector licenses expire at 11:59:59p.m. on the last day of the birth month.  For example; your birthday is July 3rd, your license will expire on July 31st each year. Home Inspectors need 14 hours of education annually. 3 hours in Manufactured Home, 3 hours in KY laws and regulations, 6 hours in standards of practice and 2 hours in general area.
