Will I be certified once I complete the course?
After completing one of our courses (7-day, 6 -day or Home
Study Course),
you will be an AHIT
Certified Inspector. You will then need to complete your state requirements,
if any. Click here to

Will I qualify for ASHI®,
NAHI & CREIA membership
after taking the course?
Home inspection associations have their own membership
requirements. We are recognized and
approved by the major associations. Our courses will qualify for continuing
education requirements with
these associations. We will also prepare you for their exams.
How do I register for one of your courses?
To register for one of our classroom courses, visit

How do I arrange accommodations for one of
the courses?
You must make your own hotel reservations. AHIT has arrangements with
nearby hotels in each
city that courses take place. This information will be sent in your confirmation
package when you
register for the course.
What happens if I have to cancel or if I
want to switch course dates?
There is no fee for switching
course dates with at least 10 days advance notice of
the scheduled course. Contact our office for a specific cancellation policy.
How else can you help me? Can I buy the training
as part of a more complete package?
