Software Support Assistance
American Home Inspector's Training provides free, unlimited software support by telephone or e-mail to our InspectIT customers during our normal business hours of 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, Central time, Monday through Friday. Our support is aimed to assist you in the installation and use of our inspection software. Our goal is to get you up and running as quickly as possible and resolve any issues you may have in order to support you, and your business for as long as you own the software.
Our team is dedicated to answer and resolve all calls and emails into our Support Team, within one business day, in the order that they are received.
Most support calls typically last only 6 minutes. To ensure your experience with our Support Team is as smooth and efficient as possible, we ask that you have your InspectIT application open (either on a computer or tablet) and have a copy of the User's Guide readily accessible.
