Software Support Service Standard

American Home Inspector's Training provides software support toll-free by telephone or by e-mail during our normal business hours of 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Central time, Monday through Friday. Our support is designed to assist you in the installation and use of our software and to provide you solutions to any issues you have relating to the technical functionality of our AHIT* software.

Because of the nature of and time required for software support, our team is committed to commence working on your issue within one business day. We are dedicated to answering and resolving all calls and emails to our Support Team in the order that they are received.

To ensure that we are able to handle your specific needs, we limit any individual support call to a maximum duration of 20 minutes. Although most calls typically last only 6 minutes, it is imperative that we make the most efficient use of our support service associates so they are there when you need them. To make your call as smooth and easy as possible, we ask that you be at your computer, have a copy of the User's Guide readily accessible, and have your InspectIt application open.

Each of our software products includes 60 days of free software support. Enrollment in our Platinum Support Package entitles you to free software support, FREE upgrades, and use of our popular software training workshops that are conducted via the Internet. *Special Note: The support package does not include support for Microsoft® Word, Windows®, or other software such as CD writing programs that may be on your computer. However, we have a help page on our web site that provides you with links and information to assist you if you need help in these areas.


NOTE: As of June 30, 2004, AHIT will no longer offer free software support for InspectIt® software products shipped during 2001 and earlier. Existing users of earlier programs can upgrade to the newest versions of our reporting software for $150 and enrollment into the Platinum Support Package. The support package includes toll-free software support, online training workshops, and software upgrades. Call 1-800-441-9411 should you have any questions or to place an upgrade order.
