InspectIt® Report Downloader
ERROR - SYSTEM FILES OUT OF DATE
If you receive an error message informing you that some of your system files are out of date, you will need to install the patch file found on this page. Once installed, you can click on the Back button on your web browser window and continue with the installation of the updated version of the Report Downloader.
INSTALLATION
Read through these instructions and then click the link at the end of this step to install the system file patch.
- After you click the patch file link below (under the File Download heading), you will then be asked if you would you like to Open/Run the file or Save it. Choose the Open or the Run option. If you are asked if you want to install the program, choose Yes or Run.
- A new window will now appear. Choose to begin installation by clicking on the OK button on the screen to complete the installation.

Note: If you using Netscape, Firefox, or another browser that does not give you an option to open or run the installation program from within the browser window, you will need to save the setup file to your hard drive and double-click on it to install.
