InspectIt® ReportPlus™
for Handheld Devices - NEW VERSION

Now you can carry the InspectIt Reporting Software in the palm of your hand. Our PalmOS (Palm Operating System) or Pocket PC software is the most dynamic, customizable, mobile, reporting software available. The Palm version of the software will run on all Palm One, Handspring, and Sony Clie handheld organizers. The Pocket PC version runs on handheld devices running the Pocket PC operating system such as the Dell AximT and HP iPAQ

In the field, you would be able to use the handheld to select from your text entries that you have in your ReportPlus software on your PC. You will see your options in the same sections and in the same order as on your desktop or laptop. In addition to selecting pre-defined text entries, you will also be able to create notes that will appear in the report.

Once the inspection has been completed, simply dock your palmtop and synchronize your handheld with your desktop or laptop. You can then run your ReportPlus software and create a Microsoft Word document that will include the options you chose on the handheld. The report will then be ready for your final editing and addition of photos or drawings.

During the synching process between the handheld and your PC, any changes that you have made to your desktop software (such as new options that you have created) will be sent to your handheld device.

The handheld device itself is NOT included in the price of the InspectIt for Handheld Devices software, but they can be found at just about any local or online retailer ranging from approximately $100 to $600 depending on features.

Demonstration Software can be downloaded from our Download Area. The demo consists of a Palm or PocketPC emulator that will appear on your computer desktop. You will be able to use your mouse to click on the emulator and run the functions in the "virtual" handheld.
