However, ReportPlus can be modified to produce any style of report from full checklist, combination checklist/narrative, or any other narrative style. You are only limited by your imagination!
Unlike other reporting software, the program allows you work within the report as it's going to be printed at all times.
Pre-defined narrative comments can be inserted into the report. Thousands have already been pre-defined and you can add an unlimited amount of your own of any length or format. Your comments can even include diagrams or photos!
An unlimited amount of digital photos or graphics can be inserted in any location within the report.
The program has tools to copy your comments to a Summary section of the report.
ReportPlus also has an add on software program called ReportPlus for Handheld Devices
that works with any Palm OS or Pocket PC handheld device and can be used to collect your inspection information in the field.
Also, a series of alternate templates (or layouts) that you can use with the program.
These templates include a combination checklist/narrative, full checklist, and two different styles of full narrative reports.
Fax, print or email your reports directly from Microsoft Word.
Convert the inspection report into .html or .pdf (requires Adobe
Acrobat Writer or other PDF print driver) format to allow publishing on the Internet.
Access the many powerful features in Microsoft Word - SpellCheck,
AutoCorrect, AutoFormat, etc.
