The online application has 5 main steps.
Step 1 - fill out all required application information.
Step 2 - provide previous employer and education information.
Step 3 - select the type and amount of coverage you want.
Step 4 - accept/reject optional terrorism insurance.
Step 5 - confirm your information and select payment method.
- Pay by Mail option will provide an address where you will need to send your payment and any other documents required to process your application. You will receive a confirmation email with this same information.
- Pay Online option will take you to our online checkout process to pay with a credit card. You will receive an online receipt as well as an email containing the address to send additional required documents required to process your application.
