Pay by Mail option will provide an address where you will need to send your payment and any other documents required to process your application. You will receive a confirmation email with this same information.
Pay Online option will take you to our online checkout process to pay with a credit card. You will receive an online receipt as well as an email containing the address to send additional required documents required to process your application.

Program Requirements

You must agree to and answer the following items below to proceed
with the online application process.

I am a graduate of American Home Inspectors Training Institute.
I will use the designated inspection agreement purchased from AHIT with the special Insured Inspection Report code on it.
I will use AHIT's Inspection Report Forms or InspectIt ReportPlus reporting system. If I do not own either of these items, I will purchase them.

I agree that I comply with the above listed items.
